About Us

THE TATTOOED HEART is a world class tattoo and body piercing studio based in central Auckland. It is the new home of the artists who formerly made up the renowned Illicit Tattoo and as such has been the place to go for great tattooing on K Rd since 2004. We design custom & classic pieces and are also available for walk ins. 

Artists are Adam Craft, Liesje, Tom McMillan, Naomi Smith, Aaron, Benjamin Raddatz, Heeds & guests. 

Open 7 days: 10am - 6pm Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat, 10am - 9pm Thu, 12pm - 5pm Sun/Mon.

We have piercing jewellery, limited edition prints and paintings by our resident artists, Nick von K jewellery, Angelique Houtkamp, Metal Couture, cool tshirts and other beautiful things.
